All orders typically get shipped within 5-7 working days. So that you may count on transport and shipping between 7-10 days
For orders containing wall arts or any custom products do assume a delivery between 10-12 days as those are made to order.
For orders containing Calendars and Coffee mug, please refer to the product description for the delivery timelines; these will be clear within the checkout page.
You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please permit 24hrs for the status of the cargo to successfully show on the tracking link.
We ensure that each one the products are dispatched to you in a single package. If part order is received you must take the picture of the product received and send us the escalation mail to revive the order.
This may happen with the lack of details provided or missing info for the particular product order. However, within 15 days of a period, we will send you the whole package and sort the issue as soon as possible.

Yes, If it is within our range to deliver, we are surely happy to serve best of we could! If you want us to deliver internationally, please drop us a message or mail with the area pin code and country. Shipping charges will be different for international orders. It may vary ranging from Rs.1500 to Rs.4000.
*Please note: Custom duties if applicable would have to be paid at the time of delivery (which isn't covered in the shipping charges)
Hey don't get panic in such situations. we've got you covered.
Drop us the mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with the pictures of broken product received immediately. Within 15 days of order delivery, you will receive the product replacement without any charge.
In case you no longer require the product replacement. we will refund you the product cost and get reflected to you within 7-10 business days.
*Please note: Product cost will be excluding the shipping cost.
- We hope you don't have to check this section too often, but we really love you! So, send us an email and you can just ship the product back to us to the address which will be provided to you by mail.
- Please note that purchased products may be returned if (unopened / unused without damage and with all tags intact) within 15 days of receiving your order and please pack items securely to avoid loss of damage during transportation.
- You can also choose reimbursement. Refund will be processed within 5 business days and may be reflected in your account within 710 business days from the date the refund was processed.
- Please ensure the returned product is well packaged to avoid damage in transit. The product must be returned in its original condition for the refund / code to be processed.
- Courier costs are your responsibility to return the product to us and will not be refunded.
In such case email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery indicated in the tracking link. We will check with our courier partner for the raised escalation.
Note: We would not be able to investigate the courier if you are notified after 24 hours.
For cancellation, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for request cancellation if your order has not yet been shipped.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped from our warehouse.
- Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment has left our store for delivery.
- Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests.
- If a cancellation request arrives before the product leaves our warehouse, we will attempt to withhold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honoured if it leaves for the shipping.
The product must be returned in its original condition in order for refund to be processed.
- Courier costs incurred by you to return the product to us will not be refunded.
- Shipping and cash on delivery charges are non-refundable.
- No returns / refunds / exchanges are possible for personalized products unless they are damaged.
If the payment was made by credit / debit card or net banking, the money will be refunded to the credit / debit card or net banking account respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7-12 business days.
Please note that we are dependent on the bank that issued your credit card to ensure that the money is returned to your account. We only check the release of funds on our side. There's not much we can do if the bank is late. We will try our best to ensure we serve you best.
